About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the website dedicated.ai and various related services (collectively, the “Sites”, “Services”, “Dedicated”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to you (“You”), our customer (“Customer”) or a user (“User”, or “End User”). This Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose information, and what choices you have with respect to the information. If you are a User, this Policy should be read in conjunction with our User Terms of Service.

We understand that by using Dedicated, you are placing some of your important data in our hands. We are only in business if you trust us, so your privacy means everything to us! Here are the key things you should know:

Information We Collect and Receive

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services and to enable you to enjoy and easily utilize our Services. We collect and use this information to provide, improve and protect our Services.
A. Information Related to Your Account and Interaction with Dedicated.
Registration and Contact Information. We collect certain personally identifiable information from you when you sign up to our Services that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, job title, mailing address, telephone number, and any other information that we deem relevant for the purpose of providing you with our Services or which you provided to use voluntarily. This category also includes information tied to your identity that you provide us through other means, such as emails to our support service.
Organization Subscription. If your access to our Services was provided for by an organization you are affiliated with (e.g., your employer), your organization may designate an individual (e.g., your coordinator) to create a company account on your organization’s behalf. The organization or the individual may provide your information on your behalf, including personal information (most commonly when your employer requests or invites you to use our products) such as your name, email and practice area. We respect your organization’s privacy and security practices, and we collect this information under the privacy and security practices of your organization. Your use of our Services may be subject to your organization’s policies, if any. If your access to our Services was provided for by your organization and you would no longer like us to process or keep your information, you can either contact your organization about your organization’s privacy or security practices, or email privacy@dedicated.ai. Dedicated is not responsible for the privacy and security practices of your organization, which may be different from this Privacy Policy.
Payment Information. When you purchase the Services, we will also collect transaction information, which may include your credit card information, billing and mailing address, and other payment-related information (“Payment Information”). We describe how Payment Information may be collected and processed in Section 7.
Technical, Usage and Location Information. Whenever you visit our Site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, and internet service provider. Without a subpoena, voluntary compliance on the part of your internet service provider, or additional records from a third party, this information alone cannot usually be used to identify you.
Third Party Platforms. We may collect information when you interact with our advertisements and other content on third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites. This may include information such as “Likes”, profile information gathered from social networking sites or the fact that you viewed or interacted with our content.
Other Information. We receive additional information provided to us when submitted to our Site or if you participate in a focus group, contest, activity or event, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with Dedicated.

B. Information Related to Our Service.
List of Contacts. In order to perform the Services, we may ask you to provide us with your list of contacts. You can ask us to remove your list of contacts from the Services at any time. We do not and will not share your list of contacts to any third party (if you are a User, this includes your organization!) without your prior consent. (E.g., if your organization asks Dedicated for an export of your contacts, we will ask you for your consent before sending it to them. If we do not get your explicit consent, we will not share your list of contacts with your organization.) However, if you are an End User and you utilize our Services to interact with contacts or potential clients, we may generate reports to your organization about the people that you and other End Users have interacted with by utilizing our Services. (E.g., Dedicated may send a report to your organization to enable them to evaluate the success of our work together. In this case, we may include a list of people that you have contacted by utilizing our system. But we will not share a list of the people you have not contacted.) This means that your organization will be able to see the contacts that you are interacting with or are reaching out to. These reports may include the names, companies, and job titles of the contacts that you have interacted with by utilizing the Services, as well as any progress you have made in these communications (e.g., whether they have replied to you or whether they have agreed to meet with you).
Email Information. Dedicated may send you emails as a way of delivering our Services to you, and we may ask you to copy us in your emails to prospective clients and contacts, reply to our emails or other ways of responding to our emails in order for us to perform and improve the Services. We do not have access to your inbox or read your attachments. We do not share or forward your thread text to third parties outside of your organization without your prior consent. We may copy someone from within your organization on your thread text in limited circumstances (e.g., your coordinator or a colleague) in order to perform and improve the Services. For example, if Potential Client A is not in your practice area but is in Colleague A’s practice area, we would copy Colleague A on your email thread with Potential Client A to facilitate client outreach. We would not, however, copy Colleague B on the thread, who is not in the relevant practice area. This means that Colleague A would be able to see the email exchange between you and Potential Client A and join in the conversation to help you close the deal!
Answers to Our Questionnaires and Interviews. You may be asked to submit various types of information and data into the Services for client outreach, sales and marketing purposes. The information may include personal information such as your relationship and level of interaction with your contacts, whether the contacts are a priority for you, your recent travel and meeting plans, and events on your calendar and other properties, which information may be input into the Services by you. We use the information to perform our Services and improve the Services we provide to you. You can ask us to remove your answers to our questionnaires and interviews from the Services at any time. We do not and will not share your answers to our questionnaires to third parties (if you are an End User, this includes your organization).
Information We Collect from Third Parties. We may collect information about you from third parties and third party social networks, platforms or services. For example, if another User uploads their contact list, we may combine information from that User’s contact list with other information we have collected about you. To the extent we combine such third party sourced information with information we have collected about you on the Services, we will treat the combined information as personal information under this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by third parties or third party policies or practices.

C. Cookies.
We use cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our Site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the Site. We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored as text files by your Internet browser on your computer’s hard drive. Most Internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from websites or to remove cookies from your hard drive, but this may limit your ability to use the Services.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use your information in the following ways:

-
to provide, update, maintain, improve and protect our Services, including to operate certain features and functionality of the Services, to prevent or address service errors (e.g., by remembering that you’ve already pitched this potential client recently), security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities.
-
for billing, account management and other administrative matters, we share and use Payment Information as described in Section 7.

How We Share And Disclose Information
We do not and will not sell your data, individually or in aggregated form. We may share or transfer your personal information to third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
Our Customer’s Instructions. We will share our customer’s data in accordance with our customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the agreements or contracts between our customer and us, and in compliance with any applicable law or legal process. If you are an End User, we may share reports on how you utilize the Services with your organization (e.g., your employer). This may include information on who you’ve contacted by utilizing the Services, as well as information about the specific contacts such as the names, companies, and job titles of those specific contacts.
Collaborating with Others Within Your Organization. We will share your Email Information to third parties within your organization to provide different ways for End Users working in different practice areas to collaborate. E.g., if a contact is a potential client for practice area A but you are in practice area B, we may copy Colleague A, who is in practice area A, to your email with the contact so that Colleague A may help you or your organization close that account. We may also combine information that you and other End Users provide to improve the Services we provide to you and facilitate collaboration between End Users.
Displaying Your Data as Directed by You. If you elect to use a third party application to utilize or access the Services, then we may share or disclose your data with that third party application as directed by you. Please remember that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties so you should make sure you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy acceptable to you.
With Trusted Service Providers and Business Partners. We may utilize trusted third party service providers to assist us in delivering, improving, protecting and promoting the Services. For example, we may use third parties to help host our Services, send out email updates, perform analyses related to the operation of the Services, or process payments. These third party service providers may have access to your data for the limited purpose of providing the service we have contracted with them to provide. Each of these providers are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose. Additional information about the subprocessors we use to support delivery of our Services is set forth at Dedicated Subprocessors.
In an Aggregate and Non-Personally Identifiable Manner. We may disclose aggregate non-personally identifiable information (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of our Services publicly or with interested third parties to help them understand, or to help us improve the Services.
Corporate Affiliates. Dedicated may share your data with its corporate affiliates, parents and/or subsidiaries.
In Connection With a Sale or Change of Control. If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner so that the Services can continue to operate. In such case, your information would remain subject to the promises and commitments contained in this Privacy Policy until such time as this Privacy Policy is updated or amended by the acquiring party upon notice to you.
To Comply with Laws. If we receive a request for information, we may disclose your data if we reasonably believe disclosure is in accordance with or required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process.
With Consent. Dedicated may share your data with third parties when we have consent to do so.
Other Access to or Disclosure of Your Information
We restrict access to any data and content you transmit to Dedicated or is otherwise made available via the Services to Dedicated employees, payment processors, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to perform the Services. All of these individuals are subjected to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
Security and Information Protection

We take security seriously. We take various steps to protect the information you provide to us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology. We use commercially reasonable and industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. E.g., all connections between Dedicated to the user’s systems, and/or third-party systems are secured using SSL, such as the transfer of LinkedIn export via secure email and full access to user’s LinkedIn through HTTPS.
Please note that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and for any access to or use of the Services using your account, whether or not authorized by you. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
Payment Information
