Impact on company culture of involving staff in growth with David Gould, CEO @ Performics
Updated: Oct 13, 2020
David Gould talks about how getting everyone involved in Business Development is increasingly important to company culture during and after COVID-19:
"You need to have everybody engaged in sales. From the CEO to the junior media planner. If you can give them the opportunity to participate and leverage their networks, you see the benefits and they see the benefits."
"1.You have to be proactive, you can't sit on your heels, 2. Engage your whole organization and find the right platforms and tools to do that and, 3. There has to be a strategy, a structure and processing tools to drive business development. Now is the time to go do that".
